Good Lord! At first, following the horse’s eye, I was looking at the flapping too long throatlatch.
Animals and money for competition, always a bad combination. Of course, people will abuse horses for a ribbon or a plastic cup, too.
Sad for the horses, sad for this guy’s dog, too. But win or wash out when animals are involved is a bad way to be.

How many chances is this guy going to get!!! Hopefully jail time this time around…sadly it doesn’t sound like he’ll learn, since he’s continued to to this after being caught in the past!
Certainly three more than I’d have been willing to give him.
